  • Payments are securely processed through PayMongo or other authorized providers. We do not store payment details.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For pre-order items, specific delivery timelines are stated in the product description and at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items, as detailed in our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
