Refund policy

At SZN, every bag goes through strict quality control — first in our workshop, second upon arrival at our facility, and third before being shipped to you. Because of this, we maintain a very limited return policy.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

  • Defect or issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Item must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact

What Counts as a Defect

  • Major scratches, stains, or discoloration on the leather

  • Broken or malfunctioning hardware (zippers, clasps, buckles)

  • Stitching that compromises the structural integrity of the bag

  • Wrong item or color delivered

Please note: Natural variations in leather grain, minor creases, or slight differences in color are not considered defects, as these are inherent characteristics of genuine leather.

Process

  • Email us at contactus@yourszn.shop or reach us through Telegram Support t.me/yoursznlabel with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue within 7 days

  • Once verified, we’ll provide instructions for the return

Refunds/Replacement

  • Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or replaced with the correct item

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • SZN will shoulder return shipping costs only if the item is confirmed defective or incorrect
