Refund policy
At SZN, every bag goes through strict quality control — first in our workshop, second upon arrival at our facility, and third before being shipped to you. Because of this, we maintain a very limited return policy.
Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items

We do not accept returns for change of mind

Defect or issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order

Item must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact
What Counts as a Defect

Major scratches, stains, or discoloration on the leather

Broken or malfunctioning hardware (zippers, clasps, buckles)

Stitching that compromises the structural integrity of the bag

Wrong item or color delivered
Please note: Natural variations in leather grain, minor creases, or slight differences in color are not considered defects, as these are inherent characteristics of genuine leather.
Process

Email us at contactus@yourszn.shop or reach us through Telegram Support t.me/yoursznlabel with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue within 7 days

Once verified, we’ll provide instructions for the return
Refunds/Replacement

Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or replaced with the correct item

Shipping fees are non-refundable

SZN will shoulder return shipping costs only if the item is confirmed defective or incorrect
