FAQs
PRODUCT & MATERIALS
Q: What material is the bag made of?
A: Each bag is made from 100% top-grain cow leather, specifically natural-grained calfskin. This leather is chosen for its softness, durability, and the way it develops character over time, embodying understated sophistication with everyday practicality.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Q: How do I take care of my leather bag?
A: To keep your bag in its best condition:
-
01. Handle with clean hands.
Natural oils can affect the finish over time.
02. Store with care.
Keep in a dust bag, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
03. Avoid contact with water.
If wet, pat dry gently with a soft cloth. Never rub or use heat.
04. Let it breathe.
Air it occasionally. Avoid sealing it in plastic.
05. Condition occasionally.
Use a leather conditioner to keep the material supple. Test on a small area first.
Q: Will the leather age over time?
A: Yes. Natural-grained calfskin softens and develops a beautiful patina with age and use—each bag becomes more distinct over time, carrying the story of your seasons.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped out shortly after. If you ordered during a pre-order period, the expected ship-out date will be noted at checkout.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship nationwide in the Philippines. We offer same-day delivery via Lalamove for Metro Manila customers.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, on a case-to-case basis. Due to high international courier fees (₱5,000–₱6,000), we currently assist international buyers manually. Please message us directly so we can explore the best option for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the limited nature of each release and the characteristics of natural leather, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Q: What qualifies as a defective item?
A: A product is considered defective if it has a major flaw that renders it unusable or structurally compromised (e.g., broken hardware or major stitching failures).
Natural leather variations (scratches, wrinkles, pores), minor glue marks, and small manufacturing inconsistencies do not qualify as defects.
